1. Why Make Notes?

Welcome to the NoteMaker resource. This is divided up into three parts and in the first part we look at why we make notes, and what sorts of notes we can make. In the second part there is an interactive resource which allows you to make these different types of notes, and this is accompanied by a video overview, showing what you need to think about when making your notes. Finally, in part three, there are a set of links for extra resources looking in more detail at Cornell notes, mindmaps and helping you to choose the type of notes that will work best for you.

Have a look through the resource below, to get a firmer introduction to notemaking, its importance, and the ways in which you can make notes.
